Since the touch is discontinued what phone would they send me if i do an insurance claim? would they just continue to send me refurbished Touch's ?
Yes...they send you another Touch. I just took mine to the repair store last week because my screen was changing colors. In 3 days I got a "new" Touch. I was hoping for a Diamond upgrade. Guess I will have to try again or get one on my own.
