I have the Touch for about 9 months now and it starts to give me more problem this weekend.

1) when phone rings, I can't answer at all ... the screen seems to freeze.  have to remove the battery to reset.

2) when phone is in sleep mode, pressing the top button won't bring it out of sleep mode.  again have to remove the battery to reset.

3) fully charged battery seems to drain 3/4 in one day with just a couple of phone calls less than 20 minutes each.

4) syncing with window is a pain.  sometime it would cut off right in the middle of syncing and would freeze my desktop

... before this, I could not get my charger to charge without having to wiggle the connector.

1.  Do a pim backup & then hard reset.  See if that fixes your problem

2.  See above

3.  Is it possible that you are doing a lot of roaming?  Bouncing in & out of coverage?  That will drain your battery. 

4. Could be any number of things but may be cured by doing hard reset.
