So easy to install.  I installed over one of the earlier leaked ROM's and have had no trouble.  Comes with Navigation and Opera.  So nice to finally have their upgrade.

Just installed it.  Still no forced roaming!  ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

Does anyone know if the cube and all the shortcuts still working after upgrading to 6.1?

yes.  the only thing that doesn't work is that forced roam no longer exists!  It is BS!

This actually did work with the offical rom update.  Do this if you want to force roaming.  I just did it and now my EVDO works like a charm.  I can only get this while roaming.

How do I add the "Roam Only" option back onto your phone:

This firmware removed this option, leaving us Sprint only or automatic. To get back the 3rd choice (after doing this change you won't be forced to do roaming only, you will just have that option should you want to use it in the future), edit the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\PhoneSetting and change the value for "AllowRoaming" to 0. This may already be 0, if so, leave it.

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\InitProv\PhoneSett ing change "ItemCount" to "3" (no quotes) instead of the default "2". Create a new string ItemName3 with a value "Roam Only" (without quotes). Create a new DWord called ItemValue3 and set it to a decimal value of 3. (credit goes to mindfrost82 @ PPCGeeks for the fix)

Go to freewarepocketpc.net and download the PHM Registry Editor.  From there you can download it and install that onto your phone.  Open in up and then follow the instructions in the other post to fix the roaming issue. 

I got to say, this is much faster than before.  The Sprint TV also works much better on Rev A. 

Just upgraded my phone and it works flawelessly. Seems like during customization the phone deleted the Windows 6.1 UI from the today items list and replaced it with HTC Home. Anyone know how to get that 6.1 home UI back?

I downloaded 6.1and got it installed the only problem that I have is that now my caller ID only works with people that are in my contacts listing. There are many times that it does not show the number just incoming call.

Can somebody help me with this. I was told that it was from the screen moving from veritical to horizontal (Sprint tv or any other program) that is this glich. My IT manager helped me and now it works some time which is better than not at all.

Any help would be appreciated.
