I am not happy with Sprint right now. I have a Q right now and it is damaged has a black mark inside between the screens. And I have insurance. I emailed support and the person I corresponded with told me that he could exhcange my Q for any phone of my choice but if it was more than my Q it would be credited to my account. I am good with that, so I asked for the Touch. He told me they were not in stock at the time for them and to try back in a few days. So I did just that and now the person who responded to my email told me they can only replace with another Q. I have the email correspondance from my conversation with the other representative and so I am a very unhappy customer right now.
Waiting for a reply, but I am NOT happy with Sprint. I have been a customer since 1997 and have three phones on my account. I paid full price for almost all of them and have had insurance on my account for almost 2 years and have never once taken advantage of it or used it at all now I need it and would like to upgrade and was told I could and they are saying I cant'
Anybody have any recomendations? I am ready to leave and join AT&T or something now. This is crap I have it in writing that he told me I could get any phone of my choice
Any advice would be greatly apprecaited.

If you have not had it 30 days hurry back to the store and swap it out. You should be able to do that. If not I saw on sprintusers many people are calling retentions or e-care and getting theikr moguls switched for a touch. Good luck!

it was past my 30 days but after bitching for a good week they let me have it. it did take a lot from my part, emailing customer care, going to the store, calling every possible department. but thank goodness they traded it.
jcochran1977: this is exactly what got them to trade it. i bought my phone through telesales so i called order support and told them my mogul was defective, the bt didnt work....etc, blah blah, and that i was not happy with my malfunctioning phone so they transfered me to returns where i gave them the same story and said i would like a replacement phone for my broken one, they asked me if i wanted the same phone i said hell no the mogul is full of bugs, i said i would like a touch. so they sent me one and now i have to ship my malfunctioning mogul back to them.
The thing is that you're actually buying a new phone when the send you the touch so they will charge whatever the touch costs to your account, and when they receive your malfunctioning phone they will credit your account back for whatever your phone cost. i wish you luck
