ok...so i tried the "roam only" tweak and now i have a permant "1 new text message" being displayed. how do i fix this?

WTF, phone may be screwed, i tried to install the upgrade and followed all instructions then at 10% the connection with the phone was lost and now its stuck in the red green blue screen then i tried to do the recovery that it suggested and nothing happened and it just stays in this screen what do i do?
