All you need to do is go to the website, download the exe and run the file. Remember to back up data because it will be wiped completely when installing the new rom.

Thanks.
The ROM was very easy to install. Phone is even more awesome now!!! 
GPS enabled works excellent with Google maps and Live Search.
New Keyboard options
New Com Manager
Includes Sprint Navigation (there is a fee to use though)
Text messaging now shows entire conversation.
Includes Opera Internet Browser
Faster internet
Faster processing with less crashing

I had to install my own after Upgradin to WM6.1 Im using Opera9.5 it is unvelievable!!!! I feel like im on my lap top browsing LOL!!!

Download it to your computer, link your phone via the usb cable & run the exe
